  • A degree in English, Technical Writing, or Rhetoric is required.
  • 5+ years experience in technical content development and delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams with positive outcomes.

  4. Improve our information maps and models by helping to connect content more clearly within the broader structure, making it easier to organize and find.
  5. Refine and structure taxonomies, namespaces, and search patterns to enhance how users access and interact with content.
  6. Support continuous improvement by recommending practical, forward-thinking tools and processes that align with lean and cost-effective practices.
