Technical Content Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled technical content developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating clear, consistent, and user-friendly content.

The ideal candidate will have a flair for information design, strong writing and editing skills, and the ability to break down complex topics for different audiences.

This role involves working with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve documentation development issues, contributing to shaping our information architecture, and refining taxonomies and search patterns.

The successful candidate will also have experience with Confluence, Jira, Aha, Agile processes, and software planning tools, as well as familiarity with generative AI tools and processes and LLM solutions.

  • 5+ years experience in technical content development and delivery
  • Strong strategic planning experience, including documentation development and design
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinker with a proven record of data-driven results thinking and approach to decision making

The successful candidate will be degree educated in English, Technical Writing, or Rhetoric, and have experience with clinical trials, medical authoring/editing, science writing, and FDA guidelines for technical communication.
