We are seeking a seasoned Content Specialist to lead the development and delivery of high-quality technical content. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating clear, consistent, and user-friendly content that meets the needs of diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve documentation development issues
  • Contribute to shaping our information architecture to ensure content can be effectively used and reused
  • Develop information maps and models to connect content more clearly within the broader structure, making it easier to organize and find
  • Refine and structure taxonomies, namespaces, and search patterns to enhance how users access and interact with content
  • Recommend practical tools and processes to support continuous improvement, aligning with lean and cost-effective practices
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in technical content development and delivery
  • Strong strategic planning experience, including documentation development and design
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams with positive outcomes
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and processes and LLM solutions
