Who We Are Looking For

We're seeking an exceptional Content Marketing Specialist who will play a pivotal role in creating content that drives free trials, boosts website traffic, and supports conversions. This individual will be instrumental in propelling our product forward while ensuring seamless collaboration with various teams.

Key Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or web content management
  • Unwavering commitment to meeting deadlines and driving results
  • Interest in achieving collective goals while maintaining high-quality work standards
  • Creativity in generating content ideas for business growth
  • Desire to learn about the CRM industry and stay abreast of market trends
  • Fluency in English and exceptional communication skills
  • SEO experience is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the content creation process, encompassing ideation, research, creation, editing, proofreading, and optimization
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, brand voice, and consistency
  • Leverage SEO practices to identify content gaps and optimize existing blog posts
  • Measure content performance to refine our content strategy
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product, positioning, and customers
  • Collaborate effectively with graphic designers, web developers, product, and partnership teams
