
Sales and Business Growth Specialist

A business growth strategist is required to drive sales and expansion in the medical device and healthcare sector.
This field-based role will focus on developing strategic partnerships with secondary care hospitals, community healthcare providers, and private healthcare organizations to increase point of care provision.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to align with industry trends and maximize sales and growth.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve revenue targets and deliver business results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Provide regular forecasts of performance, product demand, and expenditure.
- Lead and initiate projects to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Degree or higher in Business, Biological Science, or related field.
- Significant experience in diagnostics or medical devices industry sales, preferably.
- Thorough knowledge and experience of the healthcare industry.
- Consistent track record of achieving profitable growth.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence others.
- Self-starter with flexibility and ability to work under pressure in fast-changing environment.
- Positive attitude, team player with high level of initiative, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Excellent organization, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Responsible-minded with high persuasive power.
- Skilled and experienced negotiator.
