Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Business Growth Expert to join our team. As a Business Growth Expert, you will be responsible for driving new account openings and achieving sales targets within your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities through proactive networking and prospecting.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager and field sales team to deliver on all conversion KPIs.
  • Manage and maintain a top 20 prospect list for your region, ensuring it reflects the active top 20 profile accounts in the region.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Self-motivation and a results-driven attitude, with a passion for delivering outstanding sales performance.
