Business Development Manager Position

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to collaborate with our existing customer base and identify new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers to cultivate future business prospects.
  • Effectively manage territory to ensure comprehensive coverage of the account base.
  • Build a robust client database through effective self-generated leads.
  • Develop sales plans for existing customers and prospective customers to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with direct team members, peers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements within business operations.
  • Analyze market data to identify emerging commercial opportunities and trends within prospective accounts and market sectors.

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience working in a sales/business development role (ideally within the hire industry).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full driving license essential.
