We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to collaborate with our existing customer base and identify new business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers to cultivate future business prospects.
- Effectively manage territory to ensure comprehensive coverage of the account base.
- Build a robust client database through effective self-generated leads.
- Develop sales plans for existing customers and prospective customers to achieve annual sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with direct team members, peers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements within business operations.
- Analyze market data to identify emerging commercial opportunities and trends within prospective accounts and market sectors.
Requirements:
- Substantial experience working in a sales/business development role (ideally within the hire industry).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full driving license essential.
