Job Title: Strategic Growth Specialist

Location: Galway and surrounding areas. Field based

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive future business opportunities.
  • Manage a defined territory for effective coverage of customer base.
  • Build a comprehensive client database through proactive lead generation.
  • Establish sales strategies for both existing and prospective customers to achieve annual targets.
  • Collaborate effectively with direct team, peers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements within operational framework.
  • Gathering and analysing relevant market data to identify emerging commercial opportunities and trends within target accounts/market sector.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience working in sales/business development role (ideally within hire industry)
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full driving licence essential
