The primary function of this role is to maintain existing client relationships while actively identifying opportunities for business growth through strategic communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong, consistent relationships with a portfolio of clients across various industries.
  • Proactively identify potential upselling opportunities through ongoing client interactions and market research.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to increase revenue from existing client accounts.
  • Promote A-LIGN's services lines through exceptional understanding and ability to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Establish accurate forecasts for monthly sales performance.
  • Foster effective communication between the service delivery team and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Buildeven stronger relationships with current clients through proactive engagement and support.

A minimum of work experience in IT security or audit firms, particularly in NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, and/or FedRAMP frameworks, is essential.
