Job Description

The Customer Success Manager II oversees a portfolio of accounts and ensures an exceptional customer experience. This involves proactively anticipating client needs, recommending additional products or services, and providing outstanding service as measured by revenue retention and product usage.

This role is responsible for performing hands-on account management activities and collaborating with other team members to coordinate successful customer onboarding, training, and ongoing relationships.

  • Foster long-term partnerships by delivering personalized support, guidance, and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
  • Renew and grow a set of customer accounts by identifying opportunities, recommending relevant products and services, and ensuring seamless integration with existing solutions.
  • Promote overall client satisfaction with the company by measuring Net Promoter Score and implementing targeted initiatives.
  • Provide a cohesive and 'best in class' customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle - working closely with the implementation and project teams, administrative staff, IT Team, and users of the application.
  • Collaborate internally to be the voice of the customer across various departments, including sales, expansion, services, marketing, finance, customer transactions, and operations teams.
  • Partner with the Expansion Sales team to identify, qualify, and pass on expansion leads.
  • Facilitate Diligent's products and modules with senior stakeholders, including C-Suite and Directors.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG DIRECT CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS & RETAIN THOSE RELATIONSHIPS.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years working experience, with 2-4 years of customer success experience required.
  • Fluency in additional languages to English is desirable, particularly German language.
  • SUCCESSFUL EXPERIENCE IN MID-MARKET TO ENTERPRISE LEVEL ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT IS DESIRABLE (PREFERABLY IN SAAS). SOME EXPERIENCE IN SALES CRM APPLICATIONS SUCH AS SALESFORCE IS ALSO DESIRABLE.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, with a natural curiosity around the client's business needs.
  • High level of resilience and a positive attitude when faced with adversity.
  • Passionate about technology with a solution-centric mindset.
