Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to spearhead the next phase of our organisational lifecycle from early stage commercialisation to rapid growth scale-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all key functions, reporting directly to the Board of Directors.
  • Drive equity funding initiatives crucial for company development.
  • Oversee construction projects and ensure flawless facility fitout and qualification.
  • Uphold the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven management expertise in scaling production scenarios in regulated environments.
  • Strong project management skills, especially with major infrastructure projects.
  • Deep familiarity with regulatory compliance management.
  • Track record of successful equity fundraising.
  • Successful exiting or previous experience with a life science company.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Vaccine, or Agritech sectors.
  • Advanced education in Sciences, Engineering, or Finance.
  • Collaborative skills for establishing productive working relationships.

Additional Information:

Must be able to spend a minimum of 3 days per week (ideally 5 days) on site in Mayo. Please do not apply if you cannot meet this requirement.
