Job Title:

Night Porter

About the Role:
  • This is an important position working closely with management.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring all bar service is adhered to, in relation to licensing restrictions.
  • Cleaning duties or other tasks outlined by the Front Office manager/Night Auditor on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. In the event of a guest arriving late, check-in procedures will be required to be carried out.
  2. The guest will be made comfortable and any food and beverage requirements catered for.
  3. Porterage service, room service/bar service as requested by guests.
  4. Ensuring fire and safety procedures have been carried out and recorded, as per your remit.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
