Senior Mechanical Contract Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and assessing the terms and conditions of sub-contracts.

You will be responsible for developing risk assessments and contract documentation, including bills of quantities. This will involve identifying, analyzing, and developing responses to commercial risks, advising on contractual claims, analyzing outcomes, and providing reports as required.

You will also present monthly reports for each project or business review, adhering to company formats and standards. Additionally, you will assist in preparing monthly commercial reports and support the Estimation Department in preparing estimates as needed.

Requirements:
  • A minimum 4 years' experience in a related role with a strong background in mechanical services
  • A Certificate or Diploma in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Studies, or similar
  • A proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, maximizing productivity and meeting challenging goals
