Job Title: Senior Contracts Manager - M&E Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team as we continue to expand our operations in the residential sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical contracting, with a proven track record of managing large projects and leading high-performing teams.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing project scope, timelines, and budgets;
- Managing and coordinating site activities to ensure timely completion and quality delivery;
- Leading and motivating a team of professionals to achieve project objectives;
- Collaborating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver successful projects;
Requirements:
- Relevant third-level degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Project Management;
- 10+ years post-qualification experience in senior management roles;
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects;
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills;
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders;
