Senior Contracts Manager - Aircraft Leasing
Location: Dublin
Le Meas Executive Search is partnering with a leading aviation leasing company in Ireland, who, after a strong start to 2025, are expanding their team with a Contracts Management role.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing business in the dynamic aviation sector.
What you'll do
Support deal teams with due diligence and draft contract review
Review contracts, capture key data, and manage setup in the contract management system
Oversee Lessee and Contingent Insurances
Manage rent, overdue interest calculations, invoicing, collections, security deposits, and letters of credit
Track and manage contract milestones
Administer recharges and expenditure
Maintain a portfolio of airline customer contracts
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or Aviation
2+ years' experience in Contracts Management within Aviation or Aircraft Leasing
Qualified accountant status is a plus
Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about aviation
