We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Social Care Workers and Assistant Support Workers. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users.

Job Description

  • Provide individualised support and care to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement person-centred care plans.
  • Support service users with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Assist with educational and skills development programs to help service users achieve their goals.
  • Foster positive relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and report any changes or concerns to the team leader.

Requirements

  • A Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Full driving license required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
