Third Party Risk Management Professional

Job Overview:

This role involves leading centralised vendor risk management processes, ensuring compliance, governance and effective oversight of third-party relationships. It plays a key part in strengthening operational resilience and supporting business continuity through robust vendor risk assessment, monitoring, and offboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendor onboarding and ongoing risk assessments aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate due diligence across stakeholders including IT Security, Privacy, Legal and Contract Owners.
  • Support Digital Operational Resilience Act DORA outsourcing and operational resiliency requirements.
  • Maintain a comprehensive vendor inventory and monitor risk ratings using centralised systems.
  • Evaluate performance of suppliers based on risk tier and contractual obligations.
  • Raise non-conformance discrepancies or risks to relevant governance forums.
  • Coordinate vendor offboarding activities to ensure compliance and closure of obligations.
  • Develop training materials for Contract Owners on third-party risk responsibilities.
  • Assist internal audits and regulatory reviews related to third-party management.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple business areas.
  • The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
