Vendor Onboarding Expert

This role is responsible for ensuring seamless vendor transitions during new system deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleanse and correct vendor information to ensure data accuracy ahead of transfer to the new system.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions to facilitate smooth data migration.
  • Provide administrative support across onboarding projects, including tracker maintenance, documentation, and reporting.
  • Guide vendors through onboarding steps, address queries, and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Assist with setting up new vendor records and maintain ongoing data accuracy.
  • Monitor shared inboxes, portals, and project tools to ensure timely responses and consistent support.
  • Support team coordination tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, note-taking, and follow-ups.
  • Collect user feedback to help identify common issues and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Experience with ERP systems is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing multiple tasks.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
  • Previous experience engaging with customers or vendors, with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as SAP, Ariba, or Coupa would be a plus (training provided).
