Job Overview
We operate in the life sciences sector, specializing in high-value consumable products for biological drug manufacturing processes.
This role leads a Manufacturing Associate shift on a rotating schedule and ensures compliance with plant health and safety policies, incident reporting, and regulatory requirements.
The Manufacturing Team Lead is responsible for adhering to GMP protocols, quality procedures including record keeping, inspection standards, product disposition, and validation processes.
The successful candidate will:
- Monitor performance against production plans and meet requirements for efficient, safe, and hygienic product manufacture.
- Meet KPIs, prepare for and participate in internal and external audits, and promote continuous improvement through Tier Daily Management.
- Possess at least one year of supervisory experience in a GMP manufacturing/pharmaceutical environment, strong computer skills, and excellent problem-solving, communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Requirements
A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a GMP environment, an understanding of manufacturing processes, strong computer skills, and good analytical and decision-making abilities are required.
