Job Title: Additional Support Professional

The role of Additional Support Professional is a new initiative designed to support members of the Children's Council who may be neurodivergent and/or have additional needs.

This position will collaborate with the Engagement & Participation Artist in Residence, providing tailored support to children during monthly sessions from October to July.

The successful candidate will offer individualized support to children with additional needs, enabling them to fully participate in the Children's Council.

This part-time role guarantees one day per month and will run for a fixed term period from October 2025 to the end of July 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Engagement & Participation Artist in Residence to deliver a supportive environment for all children.
  • Provide individualized support to children with additional needs, promoting full participation in the Children's Council.
  • Work within a collaborative team to ensure seamless delivery of Children's Council sessions.
