Speech & Language Therapist Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and experienced Speech & Language Therapists to join our dynamic team serving children and young people (0-18) with complex needs in Dublin North, Dublin North Central, and Dublin Northwest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, diagnosis, and management of communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Plan and implement treatment programmes tailored to individual needs and evidence-based practice.
  • Provide reports and reviews contributing to the development of individual care plans.
  • Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team supporting children and young people with complex needs, and their families.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders involved in the child or young person's care.
  • Contribute to service planning, development, and evaluation.

Requirements:

  • Hold a recognised qualification in Speech & Language Therapy and CORU registration, or be eligible for same.
  • Minimum 1 year postgraduate experience working with children with complex needs.
  • Experience working within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Full, clean driving license and access to a vehicle.
