Job Title: Estate Manager

Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Estate Manager to oversee the seamless operation of a stunning golf resort. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the resort, ensuring an exceptional experience for discerning guests.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of hospitality operations and possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of resort operations, including food and beverage services, events, and guest relations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead a talented team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
  • A passion for creating memorable experiences and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard software and technology to streamline operations.
