
Cyber Resilience Delivery Lead

This is a unique opportunity to play a critical part in delivering a multi-year programme focused on strengthening cyber resilience across critical infrastructure, data, and digital assets.
About the Role- Define and oversee programme plans, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams from initiation through delivery.
- Monitor risks, issues, and interdependencies, implementing solutions to maintain progress against agreed objectives.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and programme governance to support successful outcomes.
- Act as the main liaison for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, transparency, and engagement throughout.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, working with both internal colleagues and external suppliers.
- Drive adoption of new technologies and processes through effective change management practices.
- 10+ years' experience in project management, including at least 5 years delivering complex business and technology transformation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in cyber security programme delivery, with a clear understanding of risk, compliance, and resilience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams across multiple functions and suppliers.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset and strong analytical approach.
- Proficiency in structured project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and experience working across Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
- Degree-level education with a professional qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
