We are a scratch kitchen that focuses on creating our own dishes, growing our own ingredients and sourcing the best local produce. Our team is passionate about delivering menus that showcase our fantastic local products, such as Irish Wagyu beef, farmhouse cheeses and free-range poultry. If you have a passion for local, seasonal and sustainable produce, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

We work closely together as a team to deliver exceptional results and maintain high standards of quality, hygiene and customer satisfaction. In return, we offer a competitive remuneration package, including meal allowance, parking and performance-based bonuses.
