Finishing Foreman Role Overview

The Finishing Foreman will oversee site safety and quality, manage subcontractors and daily site operations, track progress and report weekly. The successful candidate will have experience as a Finishing Foreman on a medium-large scale development with strong communication and organisational skills.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Oversee site safety and quality
    • Manage subcontractors and daily site operations
    • Track progress and report weekly
    • Inspect works from foundations to final finishes
    • Support site meetings and ensure project targets are met
    • Promote health & safety on site
    • Complete subcontractor inductions
    • Manage snagging process & unit handovers
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • A trade background
  • Experience as a Finishing Foreman on a medium-large scale development
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A proven track record with contractors and housing projects
