Private Equity Fund Accounting Team Lead Position

This is a pivotal role, overseeing a team, managing workloads, ensuring deadlines are met, and providing leadership to maintain a high-performing and collaborative environment.

Our ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS, with experience reviewing NAVs. They will also have proven people leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting a growing Private Equity Fund Accounting team, reviewing and overseeing NAVs, valuations, and client reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

  • Provide coaching, training, and continuous development for team members.
  • Act as the key liaison with clients, auditors, and external stakeholders.
