Role Summary

The Airport Invoice Authoriser position is an exciting opportunity to work within the Finance team.

This role offers a great first step for a future career in finance or for someone looking to move into the sector.

The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, strong attention to detail, analytical, interpretative, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining airport contracts within the contract maintenance system
  • Authorising airport invoices with responsibility over a portfolio of airports
  • Processing invoice authorisations to meet weekly/monthly payment cycles
  • Conducting monthly reconciliations
  • Reviewing and analysing airport costs for budgeting and forecasting
  • Resolving payment queries with suppliers
  • Performing ad-hoc duties and projects

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, flexible, dynamic, with good communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
