Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of airport contracts within a contract management system.
  • Authorisation of airport invoices, encompassing responsibility over a portfolio of airports.
  • Meeting weekly/monthly payment cycles by authorising invoices.
  • Monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Review and analysis of airport costs for incorporation into budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Assistance in resolving payment queries with suppliers.
  • Ad-hoc duties and projects.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, interpretative, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time management skills, enabling prioritisation of tasks and adherence to strict deadlines.
  • Self-motivation, flexibility, and dynamism, coupled with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
