Are you a seasoned quantity surveyor seeking a challenging role in aviation? We have an exciting opportunity for a senior quantity surveyor to join our team as a contract manager.

The Role
  • This is a full-time position with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring 40 hours of work per week.
  • You will be based in Dublin for three days and work from home for two days.
Responsibilities
  • As a senior quantity surveyor, you will be responsible for client-side quantity surveying services on an airport improvement project.
  • Key responsibilities include managing post-contract quantity surveying activities and providing expert advice to clients.
  • We require a degree in construction or a related discipline and at least eight years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC contracts, particularly Options C, D & E, is essential.
  • We also value membership of a relevant professional institution or progress towards membership.
  • Previous experience in contractual and commercial processes is highly desirable.

Our ideal candidate has excellent judgment and decision-making skills, is proficient in Microsoft Office, and has strong communication skills.

Remuneration

£450 per day, depending on the individual's qualifications and experience.
