We are seeking a dynamic and experienced senior events professional to lead our marketing team's event portfolio.

Job Description

This pivotal leadership role combines strategic vision, creative flair, and operational excellence to strengthen client relationships, showcase expertise, and enhance brand presence in the market.

You will design and execute a best-in-class events programme that drives business impact, innovation, and stakeholder satisfaction.

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of delivering impactful events for senior corporate audiences, driving value, managing complex needs, and fostering excellence across teams and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our event portfolio.
  • Develop and implement event standards ensuring consistency, creativity, and brand alignment across all programmes.
  • Manage event objectives, KPIs, and post-event evaluation to ensure measurable business impact.
  • Oversee an annual events calendar, optimising resources and aligning with firm priorities.
  • Deliver seamless end-to-end event management from planning to execution, ensuring exceptional attendee experiences.
  • Manage supplier and contractor relationships, ensuring value and service excellence.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, ensuring events meet commercial and relationship-building goals.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven leadership experience in event management within large-scale corporates, B2B, or agency environments.
  • Strong expertise in event planning and logistics with a track record of delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, influencing and aligning senior leaders.
  • Analytical approach, with experience in event measurement, ROI tracking, and reporting.
