Fund Accounting Leadership Opportunity
\Provide strategic direction and oversight to fund accounting teams and managers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of servicesOversee and review monthly and quarterly net asset value (NAV) calculations and financial reportingMaintain and enhance internal control frameworks in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practicesAct as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor for clientsCoordinate with auditors, custodians, and internal stakeholders to resolve complex issuesReview performance and fee calculations, allocations, and reconciliationsLead process improvement initiatives and support new product launches and system implementationsMentor and develop team members to support growth and succession planning\Requirements:\Minimum of 8–10 years' experience in investment fund accounting or fund administration (hedge fund experience highly preferred)Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams at a senior levelStrong understanding of fund structures, valuation methodologies, and relevant regulationsExcellent interpersonal and client relationship management skillsStrong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilitiesHigh level of accountability, organization, and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a fully remote environment and collaborate across time zones-
