About the Role:

The Tax Senior will be responsible for providing high-quality tax advisory services to a portfolio of clients. This includes advising on complex UK tax matters, supporting clients with M&A activities, and managing relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality tax advisory services to a portfolio of clients across various industries.
  • Advising on complex UK tax matters including corporate tax, VAT, income tax, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax.
  • Supporting clients with M&A activities, restructuring, and corporate reorganisations.
  • Managing relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact for tax-related queries.

To Qualify for the Role:
  • Professional qualifications such as CTA, ATT, ACA, ACCA or equivalent experience at CTA level.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in UK tax, with a strong focus on advisory.
  • Exposure to a range of tax compliance tasks (corporate and individual) is desirable.
  • Experience in managing client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK corporate tax, VAT, personal taxes, and other relevant areas.
