• We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Accounting Professional to join our team and lead project teams, interact with clients and their auditors on all aspects of engagements, including report writing and developing client relationships.">
• You will be responsible for integrating with clients' senior management to solve complex accounting issues and prepare proposed resolutions.">
• Review work prepared by consultants on operational due diligence for complex transactions, such as acquisitions, divestitures, stock offerings, debt raises, and IPOs.">
• Review consultants' deliverables of financial and regulatory information in accordance with regulatory requirements.">
• Research and document projects related to new accounting standards, process improvement, and implementations.">
• Lead and mentor consultants, acting as a role model and providing creative solutions that enhance the consultant's overall experience.">
• Participate in recruiting efforts, client relationship building, and business development activities.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• An undergraduate degree or equivalent in Accounting, combined with solid accounting experience.">
• Five to seven years of experience in public accounting and/or industry accounting and/or finance.">
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.">
• Strong technical skills and a working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.">
• A proactive approach to identifying client needs and building strong client relationships.">
• Highly organized and focused, with the ability to set overall engagement expectations and direction.">
• Effective analytical and critical thinking abilities.">
• An entrepreneurial nature, self-motivated, ethical, and dependable.">
