**Job Title:** Senior Project Lead for Sustainable Community Development
**Job Description**

**Requirements**
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in engineering design, project management, and construction oversight
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and regulations relevant to social housing construction
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
