Leadership Opportunity in Engineering Project Management

We are seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead our engineering teams in delivering high-quality projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, motivating and developing their team members, and ensuring that all projects meet key performance indicators.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and develop direct reports to achieve project goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to engineering teams executing Change Controls and Design Control projects.
  • Manage HPM processes, including IDP and DSP.
  • Ensure that all projects adhere to key metrics of schedule adherence, financial forecast, quality, and project life cycle.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in a leadership position, preferably in project management.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large and complex projects within a medical device environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or similar field required. Master's degree preferred.
