About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated individual to drive strategic direction, improve processes, and foster collaboration within the payroll team. As Global Payroll Director, you will oversee all aspects of payroll processing, design and execute a global payroll strategy, and manage relationships with third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of payroll processing for a global organization, including adherence to local, state, and international regulations.
- Design and execution of a global payroll strategy aligned with company objectives, driving innovation and excellence.
- Leadership of a dynamic payroll team, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting adherence to deadlines and accuracy standards.
- Implementation and improvement of standardized payroll policies, procedures, and systems across all regions, streamlining operations and reducing manual interventions.
