Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Professional

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at a leading four-star property in North Dublin. This is a busy meeting destination for both corporate and leisure events with high standards of service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment, with excellent customer service skills and strong management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Management and coordination of the Compensation and Benefits department">
  • Management of large events such as conferences, private parties, and social events">
  • Liaising with customers and Sales team to ensure smooth running of all in-house events">
  • Coordination and rostering of the Compensation and Benefits team">
  • Motivation and ongoing development of the team, including staff training, team meetings, and appraisals">
  • Covering Duty Management shifts on front of house as required">

This is a management role requiring strong management and leadership skills, excellent customer care skills, and attention to detail.

A minimum of two to three years' experience in a similar role is essential.
