**Job Opportunity: Compensation and Benefits Manager**

A leading North Dublin four-star property is seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join their management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the Compensation and Benefits department, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management and Coordination: Oversee the daily operations of the Compensation and Benefits department, including staff management, event coordination, and customer liaison.
  • Event Management: Manage all large events, conferences, private parties, and social events, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Customer Liaison: Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure smooth event execution and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Team Development: Motivate and develop the Compensation and Benefits team through training, team meetings, appraisals, and ongoing support.
  • Duty Management: Cover Duty Management shifts as required, providing front-of-house support.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of two to three years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent customer care skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
