We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Compensation and Benefits Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and coordination of the C&B department, including the management of large events such as conferences, private parties and social events. They will also be required to liaise with customers and the Sales team to ensure the smooth running of all in-house events.

">

Additionally, the role will involve the coordination and rostering of the C&B team, motivation and ongoing development of the team through staff training, team meetings and appraisals. The successful candidate will also be required to cover Duty Management shifts on front of house as and when required.

This is a management role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer care skills and attention to detail. A minimum of two to three years' experience in a similar role is essential.
