Leisure Club Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leisure Club Attendant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the leisure club operates smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure the leisure club operates in a guest-focused manner.
  • Communication: Deal with members in a mannerly and courteous way, answering queries and responding to requests in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Reception Duties: Answer the phone and perform reception duties, providing a warm welcome to all guests.
  • Facility Maintenance: Adhere to operational guidelines to ensure the facility is run smoothly and meets cleanliness standards, carrying out pool tests and hourly checklists as required.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Deep clean changing rooms each evening and maintain a clean plant room, ensuring chemicals are topped up regularly.
  • Gym Operations: Give demonstrations on all equipment in the gym to new and existing members, actively seeking ways to improve their class experience.
Requirements:
  • A full lifeguard qualification is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
