Job Position

The company seeks an accomplished professional to undertake a crucial role in its Dublin office. This job demands the ideal candidate to have profound expertise in structural design, analysis, and project coordination.

  • Oversee the structural planning and execution for large-scale infrastructure projects ensuring compliance with national building regulations, international standards, and client expectations.
  • Prepare meticulous calculations, detailed documentation, and thorough reports for steel and reinforced concrete structures.
  • Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, project managers, and contractors to achieve seamless integration of project components.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct in-depth structural analysis using cutting-edge software (e.g., Tekla, ETABS, STAAD.Pro).
  2. Participate in site inspections and offer technical support during construction phases.
  3. Enhance value engineering initiatives and foster innovative design solutions focusing on sustainability.
  4. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables meticulously, prioritizing quality and precision.
  5. Mentor junior professionals and contribute to the development of best practices within the organization.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with Engineers Ireland or equivalent, or actively pursuing chartership.
  • At least 5 years of post-graduate experience in structural design, with a minimum of 2 years working on high-stakes or large-scale industrial projects (data centre experience highly beneficial).
