Job Description

Workstreet's managed security and compliance services streamline your operations by automating and modernizing your security program.

We help you build trust and reduce your team's workload, achieving your goals with efficiency.

As a Trust Engineer, you'll be part of our GTM team in Europe, working directly with SaaS founders, security leaders, and compliance teams to navigate trust, security, and compliance.

You'll manage the end-to-end sales process to educate prospects, scope solutions, and drive revenue – all while utilizing your deep technical knowledge to make the sales process seamless.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR frameworks
  • Understanding of complex concepts and ability to explain them clearly

Professional Experience:

  • 1-3 years of SaaS startup experience
  • Experience leading audits, building security programs, or answering security questionnaires

Personal Qualities:

  • Ability to engage with customers, ask insightful discovery questions, and guide people toward meaningful solutions
  • Desire to play a key role in shaping the company's growth and trajectory
