We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT professional to support and coordinate various projects, including the deployment and implementation of industrial vending solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering IT-related projects with a focus on industrial vending solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and the IT team, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Support project managers in tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Participate in technical discussions and contribute to solution design and implementation planning.
  • Coordinate hardware and software installations, configurations, and testing activities.
  • Document project activities, including requirements gathering, implementation steps, and post-deployment reviews.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience with industrial vending systems or similar technology solutions.
  • Required Skills:
    • Proven experience in a project coordination or IT support/admin role.
    • Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, or hardware deployments particularly relevant to industrial equipment or vending solutions.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with both technical teams and customers.
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
    • Willingness to travel to customer sites for installations and project work as required.
