Business Leader - SAP CoE

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the SAP strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. This role requires effective leadership and governance skills to manage complex SAP landscapes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive SAP roadmap that aligns with business and ICT strategy.
  • Lead the mobilisation of SAP delivery teams, including internal staff and external partners.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of SAP solutions, adhering to fit-to-standard principles and integration best practices.
  • Manage the delivery of projects and data migration in collaboration with technical and data leads.
Requirements
  • Leadership & Governance: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and govern complex SAP landscapes.
  • Strategic Thinking: Skilled in aligning SAP capabilities with business strategy and ICT architecture.
  • Project Delivery: Deep experience in managing SAP lifecycles, including data migration and cutover.
