Programme Transformation Leadership Role

A high-calibre Programme Manager is sought to spearhead the delivery of an ICT transformation programme, encompassing SAP carve-out and TSA exit. The ideal candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive programme plan across SAP, cloud, data, EUC, and security domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of the ICT transformation programme, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery.
  • Design and manage a programme-wide risk, change, and financial tracking system.
  • Establish governance structures, steering committees, and reporting frameworks to ensure seamless programme execution.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to facilitate a smooth transition to business-as-usual with minimal disruption.
  • Provide strategic updates and insights to inform executive decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certified in MSP (Managing Successful Programmes), PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP (Project Management Professional), and AgilePM or Scrum Master for hybrid delivery environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale programmes across infrastructure, applications, and cloud platforms.
  • Expertise in managing complex projects involving SAP, TSA exits, and vendor ecosystems.
  • Strong command of programme planning, RAID management, and governance frameworks.
