This is a permanent position based in Co. Meath, where you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices and managing employee expense claims.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing supplier invoices and resolving any queries from suppliers.
- Obtaining approval for invoices from various departments within the company.
- Managing employee expense claims to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Reconciling accounts payable balances to ensure accuracy.
- Preparing accruals at month end to reflect accurate financial positions.
- Providing support with banking tasks as required, including performing bank reconciliations and setting up payments.
Requirements for this role include:
- A minimum of two years' experience working in an Accounts Assistant or Accounts Payable position.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- A high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
