Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Contract Administration Manager for a major construction project. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing contracts, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective contract strategies to meet client requirements.
  • Manage the procurement process, including tendering and awarding contracts.
  • Assign packages to Contract Administrators and ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure all contracts are fully executed and retained for reference.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Manager to administer contracts in accordance with project procedures, schedules, and budgets.
Qualifications
  • Degree-level education.
  • Additional professional qualifications desirable.
  • At least 10 years' experience in Contract Administration.
  • Proven ability to contribute to project implementation and contractual strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organisational skills with an ability to produce accurate work to deadlines.
