About this role:
Job OverviewWe are seeking an Instructional Designer to create and deliver engaging, effective, and scalable learning solutions that support employee development programs.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop a variety of learning materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, virtual training, job aids, and performance support tools.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to assess training needs, gather content, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop scripts, storyboards, and prototypes, leveraging modern instructional design principles.
- Utilize e-learning tools to create engaging and interactive content.
- Adapt learning solutions to meet the diverse needs of a global audience.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in instructional design or e-learning development, preferably in a global or cross-cultural environment.
- Proficiency in e-learning development tools.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and SCORM/AICC standards.
- Strong project management skills.
