Key Responsibilities- Respond to site training queries in a timely manner, ensuring delivery of safe and effective products.
- Enter new hires into the training system promptly, assigning the correct training plan.
- Run reports to verify the training system's compliance status.
- Maintain adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance on selecting suitable training plans and materials to various functions.
- Conduct quality reviews of training documentation to ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices.
- A minimum Level 7 NFQ qualification or equivalent in a relevant field.
- At least 2+ years of experience in the medical/pharmaceutical industry, preferably.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms and e-learning tools.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt in dynamic environments.
