Seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join our commercial law firm in Belfast. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a busy property team and develop your skills in residential conveyancing.

About the Opportunity

This is an ideal position for a qualified solicitor with 1-5 years PQE, seeking to expand their experience in residential conveyancing. The successful candidate will have a solid background in sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

You will work closely with a friendly team handling a strong pipeline of conveyancing work, supporting private clients, developers, housing associations, and businesses across Northern Ireland.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload, providing excellent client service and ensuring timely completion of transactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the wider firm to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for residential transactions from sales and purchases to re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
  • Opportunity to gain experience and broaden your skill set into commercial property and Corporate Support over time.
We are Looking For
  • A qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland (15 years PQE ideally).
  • Previous experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Excellent client-handling skills and clear communication.
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • A team player who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment.
